Steps:
- Add the banana and the eggs into a blender, blend for 2 minutes
- Add NG8 8-grains powder, blend for another 1 minute
- The batter is ready!
- Rub some oil onto a non-stick pan
- Place the pan over a small fire to heat it up
- Use a soup ladle to pour the pancake batter into the pan
- Cook over small fire, turn pancake with a spatula when bubbles appear and edges seem dry
- When the pancake has been cooked on both sides, done!
